Investment Strategy Overview
Our investment strategy is meticulously designed to balance growth potential and risk management. We allocate 60% of the fund to predominantly exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and index funds, focusing on sectors that offer significant upside. This allocation includes investments in military industrials, emerging markets, international equity, and a select portion dedicated to frontier market investments. This diversified exposure allows us to capitalize on both domestic and global market opportunities. An additional 20% of the fund will be directed toward individually traded equities within key sectors, specifically oil, gas, real estate, and financial services. By selectively investing in these sectors, we aim to harness the inherent growth potential and stability that these industries offer. The remaining 20% of the fund will be invested in a carefully curated blend of long-term corporate bonds, federal bonds, and fixed-income ETFs. This allocation is designed to enhance our portfolio's stability while providing a reliable income stream, which is particularly important during periods of market volatility.
Commitment to Transparency and Shareholder Communication
At Edmark, we place a high value on transparency and effective communication with our investors. We are committed to providing bi-weekly performance updates that will keep you informed about the progress of your investment, market trends, and any strategic adjustments we may implement. This ongoing dialogue is essential to fostering a strong relationship with our shareholders and ensuring that you feel confident in your investment choices.
Shareholder Benefits and Fees
Our fund is designed with shareholder interests at the forefront. Investors can expect a 2.5% yield per share, providing consistent income while your investment grows. Management fees are set at 1.25%. Furthermore, we recognize the need for liquidity in investment strategies. Shareholders have the right to liquidate their shares at any time; however, please note that a 5% administration fee will apply to such transactions. This feature allows for flexibility and control over your investment, ensuring that you can respond to changing financial circumstances as needed.
